PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS:
The basic steps when ordering are as follows:
1. You can place your order for
the products on the website by clicking on the Buy Now button of the product you
would like, please fill in the form and nominate whether you want your item
posted or whether you will pick up at one of the below delivery points
2. You
can email us your order
3. You can phone through your order
PAYMENT:
In
order to ensure our customers the best possible prices, we are strictly
prepaid only.
The Wolf’s Den does not offer credit terms or run accounts. Goods are only
dispatched upon receipt of full payment. We accept:

Direct Bank Deposit — please email us your order and we will advise bank details
Money orders: make payable to A Wolf — please email us your order
Bank cheque or Personal cheques: make payable to A Wolf — please email us your order and we will advise you our address
Cash on Delivery at Markets / Local Delivery — please email us your order and where you would like to meet
(Note: cheques usually take 3-5 working days to clear, therefore payment by cheque will delay dispatch of your order by the same.)

We also delivery locally to the Windsor area and we train at Castle Hill on Wednesday nights from 7pm.
We offer an Express Post delivery service through Australia Post which is normally between 1 to 3 working days (Monday to Friday) We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days of receiving the order. Please note: Where a vest / coat is made to order then time for production will need to be allowed (up to 14 working days).
We will endeavour to fulfil orders as quickly as possible however, in the event that an item is temporarily out of stock an email will be sent to advise the delay.
Postage costs will vary per item depending on the package size & your location - please note that postage quoted on the checkout is for postage within Australia only, overseas orders will incur extra costs.
If you have an order consisting of several items and would like them to be delivered to different addresses, please specify this when placing the order. There will be a separate delivery charge for each address.
Please note that we do not know if a parcel has gone missing until you contact us to inform about an order that you have not received, or the parcel is returned to us. (Please allow Delivery time of up to 7 days before contacting us).

PRICING POLICY:
The Wolf’s Den reserves the right to correct pricing errors and prices may be subject to change without notice. Should a pricing error or unforeseen price increase occur, you will be advised prior to any processing of payment or dispatch of goods. All pricing is in Australian Dollars, all postage is based on Australia only. The Wolf’s Den endeavours to keep its prices highly competitive and very close to wholesale. We do not offer a price matching policy for any products found cheaper elsewhere.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY :
To return or exchange a product you must do so within 7 days of the date of receipt.

1. Freight & handling costs remain the responsibility of the customer & are not refundable, except in the case of faulty goods or incorrect dispatch.
2. Returned products must be in a saleable condition with the product unused. The overall condition of the returned product will be considered when making a refund. The refund will be credited to the card holder’s account from which the original purchase was charged.
3. Cancellation of an item must occur before the product is dispatched otherwise will be treated as a Returned product. Cancellation refunds are not applicable in custom made mats or sizes of bedding once production has commenced.

Any use of this website or its' contents including copying or storing it or them in whole or part other than for your own personal, non commercial use is prohibited without the written consent of the Wolf's Den. The pattern of the Vests is also under pattern pending.
CANCELLATION RIGHT
You have the right to cancel your order within seven (7) days with the exception of made to order items. To do so you must give us written notice within that seven day period. If you do cancel the order within seven days any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 14 days. All items must be returned, if sent, to us in the manner set out in our returns policy.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
We endeavour to display all items in our current range however goods are subject to availability. In the event we are unable to supply the item(s), we will contact you by email to advise of the out of stock and offer an alternative product or refund.
